I have tried this twice thus far and it seems to target the ligaments very well. At least, I feel a strong burn in the base ligament area. I do a stretch straight out and then, whilest in the stretch , I use the other hand to put a tight OK grip around the base area (as far down as you can get given that you are stretching the pubic hair area outwards), then grip and stretch out in the same straight out direction. Sort of a double handed/two handed assisted stretch .

Could some of the vets try this out and see if it has any potential? I'm going to use it in my stretching routine for a while and see what happens. It may not be new at all, but I have not read about this technique anywhere.

The hand at the base, I'm guessing, creates a tight grip around and all ready stretched internal penis. Then gives a little bit of additional stretch . I definately feel the burn internal vice on the surface skin.

I've been doing pretty much the same thing myself recently. You really can feel it in the ligs. What I do is stretch straight out with one hand (grasping near the glans), then grab way down at the base with the other hand. Then I pull toward the right, say, with the base hand (to stretch those ligs - and you really can feel it!), and at the same time stretch in the opposite direction with the left hand (stretches the rest of the penis, tunica, etc.). It sometimes looks like an "s" shape when I do this, so I've taken to calling it my "S-Stretch ", hehe! you can do this in all directions, too (e.g., while the base hand pulls BACK, you stretch the rest of the penis with the upper hand forward; or, while you pull to the left with the base hand (using the left hand), the top hand pulls to the right.

Kind of hard to explain in words, but I like how it feels and the intensity it provides. Basically I'll do anything to feel the stretch in my ligs! :)
