current routine

Being that I am busy trying to earn a living, my stretching routine is done 100% while driving! I have my IPOD, downloaded the interval timer app, setup a warm-up period, 4 sets of 30 seconds, a mid intensity period, 6 sets of 45 seconds and high of 45 seconds. I stretch evenly, lower left thigh, lower right, mid left, mid right, and so on. It might seem crude, but it has worked. I will add an acrylic tube across my lap next week, and add that to my routine. Thickness is on weekends, but I’m not too worried about that, as pics show….
