Hi All,

When I was newbie I had lig pops almost all days, which accompanied decent gains. After a while (a couple of months) the gains started slowing, as did the lig popping.
After 6-7 months of very consistent 1/2 hour stretching 5 days a week lig popping was a thing of the past (almost the same for length gains).
Now after my summer vacation (3+ weeks), where I have not had the privacy to Penis Enlargement, I have lig pops daily again in my daily stretching sessions.
I hope these will be accompanied by gains again.

So the question is: have anybody else seen a correlation between lig popping and length gains?

Maybe the pops could be used as an indicator of effective length work. At least for those who experience lig pops now and then...

What do you think about it?

Man that is scary.
Are you stretching while erect or are you just really strong? I've only ever had one pop while erect bending. Scared the living daylights out of me.

It could be suggestive of intensity used in stretching and if this is the case it a lack of intensity could reflect a lack of gains. A lig pop, in itself, is nothing more than trapped air at the pelvic bone and ligs being released upon pressure during stretching. This is very similar to cracking you knuckles Some guys get them others don't and in most cases I do not think the actual lig pop would be reflective of gains as I have only experienced them rarely and to date I have tacked on over 4".
