Almost forgot. Urologist told me no sex whatsoever. Went for a couple of weeks without, but am just now able to have normal sex again. Before that, would be out of commission for several days if I had sex, or in actuality, stroked it the wrong way, causing it to draw up, and damn... Mostly better now, but am still not back to normal size. Am not happy with Bathmate for ignoring all correspondence regarding this as well.

Their website, and the contact us tab. I receive this when I send a message, yet no one ever contacts me:

Update. Wine and beer store near me has what's called a drilled #2 rubber stopper that fits good. For anyone who wants to take the entire valve assembly out, the #3 drilled rubber wine stopper is too big. Don't use epoxy! Lol!
Also, I'm not a bit angry with Bathmate for their product. It's a great idea. Don't want to sue them, don't want anything from them, and wasn't going to bitch. Just wanted to bring the injury to their attention, and hopefully they could design something better, which looks like they've done recently with the hand valve. Would have thought they would have replied back to three emails to at least act interested in knowing more, but ok.
Will post how this works after the two pieces of rubber tubing seal overnight with the clear sealant. Am going to ditch the vacuvin, and stick with this: Brake Bleeder and Vacuum Pump Kit
Some adult sites have this advertised for $79, and is $25 at Harbor Freight.

I'd just like to add that I've used the Vacu-vin for almost 3 months without making any modifications to the BM. I've simply stretched out the rubber stopper a bit so when I place it on top of the valve and press it down gently it covers the valve and It works great.

Bengan, can see that working. The Vacuvin "fit" in mine, but it didn't hold adequate pressure. Can see where stretching the rubber would help. One thing I did notice, I used a windshield and glass sealant to get the #2 drilled rubber wine stopper in the tube so I could utilize a hand valve kit with vacuum gage, but with this windshield sealant (it can peel off with force, unlike epoxy, so no bathmate permanent damage), the Vacuvin could be sealed inside of the BM easily. For sheer ease, your set up is optimal. If someone didn't have any luck stretching the Vacuvin rubber to seal in the tube, the windshield and glass sealant will do the trick. Was thinking was going to wind up throwing the BM away, but this mod has worked well thus far. Cumbersome, but the pressure is precise, and zero need to push into pubic bone anymore. Now where do I hide it? Looks like I'll do what big Schwanz is doing. Tool box. With lock! Lol

Just want to clarify - the rubber stop is permantly stretched out. First I kind of rolled up the tube part of the stop and then with some hassle it was possible to roll it down on the BM valve. Then I stored it like that between each BM session for a week or two and afterwards it was bit softer/more flexible and stretched out.

That's probably the easiest mod. Good stuff. Also, if you ever start to lose pressure, and want a sealant that's perfect for this, it's Permatex Windshield and Glass Sealant (Flowable): https://www.permatex.com/products/a...ex-flowable-silicone-windshield-glass-sealer/
Trust me, I destroyed my X40 with epoxy, so I tried all kinds of shit which didn't work, then found the above sealant at Auto zone. Had an X30 that was in perfect condition, but I didn't use it anymore, and since I can't stand defeat... Needless to say, this sealant was perfect for a plastic to rubber seal. Can still use the X30 at current time, so popped the inner valve out, cut the bottom of a #2 drilled rubber wine stopper (used the top portion, as the bottom portion protrudes too far into the BM tube), coated the rubber stopper with sealant, pushed in tube, added sealant coated clear rubber tubing, then sealed the whole thing with a large amount of sealant in the top until you t was flush with the rim (did this on the outside of the BM. Used an incense stick to dab sealant around the inside of the rubber stopper as well after the first sealant dried.) Has worked very well. Actually very well, but after being away from the BM for this amount of time, am actually noticing better results via manual jelquing. Maybe that's just me. Lol! But was a fun project. May wind up giving it away soon to someone who has a place to hide this contraption. Lol!!
