The way you wear it will effect different things. If you are wearing straight down you are mainly focusing on elongating the ligaments. If you are wearing it upward, you will be stretching mainly the Tunica. I think the SizeGenetics is best used in multi positions throughout the day. I suggest sharing the time half up band half down, this way you are hitting both the ligaments and the tunica.

That velcro mod is the shiznit. I am so much more comfortable wearing it now. I no longer use the noose or the comfort strap which I had to cinch down harder in order for lil jimmy to stay put. I totally love it.
