Hi guys
Ok, so I wrote a half hour page, got logged out, and now have to re write it all...
Right... lol
I started P.E about 4 months ago with a very basic routine, it was
Stretch 5 x 30 sec
Jelq 150 +
PC Clench 50
After a few weeks I stepped it up for
Stretch (stayed the same)
Jelq 300+
PC Clench 100 quick clenches
And finally after a few weeks of that I moved to
Stretch (stayed the same)
Jelq 500 +
PC Clench 100 quick clenches, 10 PC Clench holds
Now as for measurements, I lost them when I got logged out (damn) but here was what I can roughly remember
Start (end of May)
5.0 BPenis EnlargementL
3.5 BPenis EnlargementG
3.0 FL
3.0 FG
and currently,
5.75 BPenis EnlargementL
4.0 BPenis EnlargementG
3.5 FL
3.5 FG
ok, so the last time I properly did P.E was about 3 weeks ago, for two reasons,
One, I got a full time job so I had less time
Two, I got lucky with someone and experienced pain during sex (a nightmare)
so for those reasons, mainly number two, I stopped for a few weeks with some hot wraps..
Ok, now question time, I am trying to find a routine to start back up again, im guessing its back to basics? I guess im looking for a good, perminant routine that isnt going to kill too much time, thats still going to give me some results
I have also added vimax to this routine (for about the last month) and recently, Lean Muscle X (which im told may help with vimax) hopefully, if the rumours are true, with some Penis Enlargement I may get some fast gains, something a bit quicker than .75 inch in four months (although I may be the blame for that one :/)
So, do I go back to square one? Or should I kick up where I started off? Any routine ideas, exercises, or links would be great!!
I hope you can help me, I am excited to tell you if these suppliments (in conjunction with each other) work as well as they claim!!
