Anyone gain from lighters weights (7 lbs and under) and longer hang times

Please, only from those with experience.

Anyone gain with these kinds of weights and hang times (2+ hrs. per day)? Or are heavier weights inevitable?
 
Some men do make initial gains with lower weights. They are usually the guys with no previous PE experience. You will of course, eventually have to increase weight over time as your penis adapts. You cannot keep adding more time with the same weight. There's no way around it.
 
Definitely gains can be made this way in hanging, 7 pounds is about the same intensity you would get from the SizeGenetics. If starting at 7 pounds I would definitely, as you are ready, add more weight. Getting to 15-20 pounds is a very formidable hanging weight. So, yes you will gain with 7 pounds but it will take longer than if you had a progressive routine instead.
 
Correct me if this is wrong as I don't hang

But if I did... I would milk every weight for as long as possible before upping it. And ny patience be that of a zen master.

I wish I had the balls to hang (pun?)
 
It doesn't take much in the way of "balls". You start with a pound or two of weight and slowly move up. See this thread for a better understanding:
