I created this routine based on my readings on this forum and modified it to include stretches that I can really feel. I started this with 30 second stretch time lengths but was getting too much bruising. Since lowering the duration down to 20 seconds I have practically no bruising. I plan on increasing that gradually.

I notice that the Plyometric Blasters have the most substantial immediate impact. I haven't measured it but there is definitely a sizeable increase in flaccid length immediately after they are performed.

Please critique this workout.

Warm Up

100 Plyometric Blasters to the Right
100 Plyometric Blasters to the Left
Straight Out Downwards - 20 seconds
Straight Out to the Right - 20 seconds
Straight Out to the Left - 20 seconds

100 Plyometric Blasters to the Right
100 Plyometric Blasters to the Left
Straight Out Downwards - 20 seconds

Looks like a good routine! I'm going to follow the links has I've been seeing ppl having good results. Going to get reading DLD's blasters and get learning about them!!
