Angion Method Questions and Answers

Angion studies are not new. Vascular angion studies go as far back into the 1960s. It's heavily focused on during the 1970s and 1980s for body builders. There were surgeries done for penile improvement performed as part of ED surgeries to improve blood flow in the early 2000s. Not many but there were a few worldwide.

The Angion method has merits to improve blood circulation, just like jelqing. However, those who don't have erection in the first place, it's not a solution for ED. It's an "improvement therapy" to improve erection quality, not an ED miracle cure.

By the way, his drawings and explanation lack proper info, or rather, misrepresented info. The veins and arteries are also in the same massage path. What he's doing is practically the quick version of Slow Squash Jelq. The same thing we've all been doing. He's focusing on one group of blood vessels at a time. We're focusing on all vessels at the same time. All it boils down to is how much time you want to spend massaging your penis.

So, to dumb it all down that anyone can understand:
  • Just like SSJ, the Angion Methods, I'll call it AMs for short, makes you build up the size of your blood vessels. The main exercise of this massage is to build up your veins that carry your blood into the penis. Since the artery that allows the blood to drain back into your penis also travel along the same path as the veins, you are also increasing the arteries as well, roughly about 60% in pressure application.
  • Increase blood vessels, especially the veins, means more blood can rush in when you need a quality erection. This only applies to those who already can have some erection.
  • Massage of the corpus spongiosum helps to promote more blood flow, and a possible chance of tissue growth. So far, only 3% of those who practiced AMs reported somekind of gains. Most reported massive blood vessel size increases but no gains. PE routines through traction, stretching, and expansion provide more consistent gains.
  • Those who use AMs method that have gains also use stretching methods, such as SSJ, bundled stretches, or traction devices. Combining both the PE and AMs routines create a synergistic impact to penile growth. AMs alone doesn't make the penis grow. Only a rare few that still are young but with impeded blood flow actually benefits during their final phases of growth.
He also talks about angio-genesis, or the development of the blood vessels at the beginning when we were fetuses. Yes, our DNAs programmed us to grow to a certain extent. Once we hit 25 or so, our growth literally stopped. Our penises stop growing around the age of 21. Very very very tiny growth between the age of 16 to 21, but the growths are there. Once we hit 21 and older, the only way to make the penises grow is to force them to grow against our DNAs. You can't just make the penis grow by pumping more blood in. Like body building, you can't just make your muscles become super large just by making your blood vessels larger. Blood vessels get larger because your body forces more blood to flow from development, such as intensities on increasing weight load, increase of traction force to force the body to growth taller or fatter (notice how large/fat ladies wearing heels have huge toned calves and butts to support their upper body), and more nutrients are needed to maintain the newly developed body parts.

For him to grow within 45 days, my colleagues and I were and still are skeptical. We all tried it, but stopped short after 20 days. This is during our break time from active PE routine for at least 2 years. We have not perform intense PE routines but only doing light maintenance work to keep our erection quality up. We all tried this to see how high our erection quality can reach. We noticed the same results for all 8 of us:
  • Blood vessels increased after 15 days of performing the AMs method, especially the noticeable dorsal veins at the top. Some side circumflex veins were bulging as well. This is bad. Veins being too large don't work well in pumps in the latter days if we were to resume PE again. Thrombosis will be worst with larger and bulkier blood vessels.
  • Our erection quality somewhat improved. If I have to compare from before to after, may be 10%.
  • The positive is the blood continues to enter the penis throughout the day on days we perform AMs. It stops completely after 5 days of not doing the AMs. It's literally the Asian method of penis scraping and massaging using the gua sha by using your fingers and thumbs for an hour or two, making sure to have full erections. That will be extremely hard for most ED or partial-ED sufferers.
Was there noticeable length and girth growth for the 20 days? Nope. Should we continued on? Nope. Blood vessels were getting too large. Bruising were developing no matter how light we massage the penis. We used tons of lubrication too. My wife thought I bought all those lubrication for her and she freaked out, thinking her pussy was drying up. I told her it was for me, doing a bit of testing.

If AMs proven to be consistent growing method, we would all be tossing our tools into the trash and stuck with it. The author of this AMs believed it work, but he already plateaued on his growth after his initial growth. He can't go any further because he already unlocked what his DNAs already have, and he slammed against a brick wall at this point on his growth.

Yes, it can work for EQ and as an ED therapy. Once again, I'm using the word "can" and not "will". Not everyone will response to the therapy equally, just like red light therapy. It's all how the body reacts to stimulation, massages, and changes.

My warnings to all brothers who are planning on doing these AMs, DO NOT APPLY HARD PRESSURES. Using the thumbs, hard pressures can easily exceed 1.5lbs of pressure. Light strokes should not be more than 0.5lb of pressure and less. Use a kitchen scale to measure your downward pressure force. It doesn't take much force to stop the blood flow for your blood vessels. Too strong of a continuous traction force along the blood vessels will harm them rather than help them. Do recognize that AMs will increase your blood vessels, making them more bulky. For some with thinner blood vessels, the blood vessels will expand to ridiculous sizes. You may not be able to use the pumps properly if your blood vessels become to large, risking thrombosis and spider veins. Just something to think about before becoming to zealous on this endeavor.
