this can be done any angle ok wat you do is you grip the glands thumbs up with your second stringest hand , stretch fully then grab the base with your strong hand and pull the skin /tissue up and grip it with the bottom of your weaker hand( i do this two times while still holding the skin from the first time just add the second skin strech ) continue pulling thumbs up and grap the base strong hand one last time this time get a good grip and strech the bottom part at the same time your pulling at the gland its a great strech in two spots same time you can also put your legs like a lady like that other guy said i read about on here for his strech anyays streching the bottom adds to the streching of the top the two mechainisms doen at the same time compliment eachother ... i bet they can make an attachment to a extender for this Xd $$$$
