Ingredient wise yohimbe is one of the very potent ones in the mix and it has caused some men trouble by itself.
Viagra is an option. But from supplemental side there are certain things you can try by themselves from
TiTan pills; Maca is one for sure.
After Maca, Horny Goat weed and lastly the arginine, which I would suggest "replacing" with L-Citrulline.
Maca powder isn't too expensive. It must be cycled, let's say you take it daily for a month, then take a week off or so. There are good guidelines out there.
Horny Goat weed I haven't personally tried yet, although I bought Horny goat weed tea, waiting for it to arrive.
L-Citrulline might be the "cheapest" of the supplements I've mentioned so far. Buy in powder form, it can be taken with juice. The taste isn't so bad. Maca in the other hand isn't great in taste.
My suggestion is to get a capsule maker machine. I have one that allows me to fill 24 size 00 capsules easily; it has helped me tremendously! So much easier to stick with certain supplements when you can fill a capsule and have one or two.
I'm running Ashwagandha for the moment, it's pretty good. I had the powder for a while but I was unable to use it due to the harsh taste of it. (It would taste through in juice or yoghurt.)
Stay safe; whatever you might try, try in small dose and see if there's an ill reaction.
I recall having a reaction like you explained once in my teenage years. Was quite possibly due to a certain soda pop (Jolt-Cola, raise your hand if you remember), but I did drink it later on without skin problems.
Have fun! My first suggestion would be to try L-Citrulline, for me it truly eased blood flow to the penis. Many people swear by Maca, I might run a course of it soon enough, I never stuck with it for a good amount of time.
