Does this shit have any benefit for me? I still have about 60-70 pounds to lose. Weight loss has always been stubborn and difficult for me. With hard work, my abdomen is starting to go down, but the love handles, ass, and chest are still lagging behind. Should I consider using such a product now, or should I wait to I lose more fat?

I don't see how it could hurt, not real sure how much to put on or something. I believe you put it on before your workout and after. Maybe after you go to bed too. Let me see if I can find a link.

If you have dieted and exercised properly and still can't get rid of fat that you have in a particular area of your body such as love handles, thighs (women) or chest fat (men) then it's time to attack the problem at the source.

You have no doubt noticed by now that some areas of the body store a disproportionate amount of fat. This is the kind of fat that just won't go away no matter how hard you diet or exercise. These "Stubborn Fat Pockets" or SFP's are a result of fatty tissue that has a high number of Alpha 2 adrenoceptors. These Alpha 2 adrenoceptors (A2) are like the stop buttons for fat burning. When they are activated no fat is utilized at the site. Even worse, when they are activated even more fat is stored in the same area. What all this means that in the war against "Stubborn Fat Pockets" the A2 is one of the main enemies.

Yohimburn DF is a type of yohimbine cream but with some real advantages over other creams. Yohimburn DF uses advanced topical delivery and alpha receptor blocking technology to increase fat burning at the site where it is applied. Each bottle of Yohimburn is made by hand and is individually dosed by our lab to be consistent. Diuretic Factors are added so you can see your results as they occur. Rather than waiting for months to see results like you do with other creams you'll see results usually in the first two weeks.

Yohimburn DFs Alpha Receptor blocking technology that will allow you to start to win the war against the SFP's. Yohimburn DF blocks the A2 which allows for normal fat burning to occur in these otherwise "Stubborn Fat Pockets". Yohimburn allows you to lose the fat that would otherwise be very difficult, bordering on impossible, to burn. In addition, Yohimburn DF also increases the rate at which Fat in these SFP's is burned. It does this by "tricking" your body into producing more of the fat burning chemical Nor Epinephrine in the area that Yohimburn is applied to. This means that it will greatly accelerate the fat loss at the site that it is applied to.

Yohimburn DF is most effective in areas that have a high number and density of A2. ESTROGEN is what determines the number and density of these A2 in fatty tissue. This is part of the reason that women have more and larger SFP's. These areas include but are not limited to the thighs, lower back, triceps (back of the arm), hips and butt. Men also produce estrogen and are exposed to estrogenic chemicals. The primary areas for men's SFP's are lower back, lower abs, love handles and chest. Yohimburn DF is an effective tool for men and women in the fight to lose fat from these areas.

I think your better off buying a fat burner first (hydroxycut is good), lose some more weight then buy the yohimbine for finishing touches.

Right now, I'm taking [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Xtreme[/words] Trim, which is Vitamin World's version of ephedrine-free Xenadrine. I can't say for sure, but I don't think it does shit. I mean, I can't possibly know if I would have more fat had I not taken the stuff at all, but I'm not happy with the results. I have not seen as much fat loss as I did with Xenadrine RFA and Trim Spa (original). I just don't think the ephedrine-free stuff is very effective. I'm still pissed that people quit making the good shit. I've never heard of anyone dying from the stuff that didn't take a massive dose of it. Dropping dead from not reading directions is just stupidity working with Darwin's natural selection. There is plenty of stuff one can buy over the counter that could kill you if you take 10x the recommended dosage.

Sorry for the rant. Just frustrated by my slow metabolism. :banghead:

Well i think the same thing is true, if you abuse ephedra of course it will have side effects along with anything, but you can buy products like an eca stack (ephedra, caffeine, aspirin) for weight loss. Any type of supplement you need is usually at www.bodybuilding.com. use the search button and type in eca stack, alot should come up.

Is that product already mixed, or is it pure ephedrine and I would have to add the caffeine and aspirin?

BTW, I found a site last night that was selling its supply of original Trim Spa and ordered six bottles.

Here is a question about the Yohimburn and similar products: Is it safe to use around the face? I have fat on my cheeks and a nasty double chin that I hope to get rid of. Should I not be able to do so in the coming months, is this stuff a viable option for getting rid of that fat?

Actually I have heard of bodybuilders using this stuff on their face. Sometimes when their juicing, their face bloats some and I've heard they use something like this to get rid of it.

I would wait for someone else to chime in though.

I'll likely not use the stuff until I lose more fat through traditional diet and see what the final me is looking to shape up to be. However, I am very interested in this product and would love to hear some other opinions on the face issue.

Well I'm going to chime in on this! I just recieved my order of Yohimburn ES (extra strength). I lift, and also do alot of cardio, but there are areas that need a little help, such as love handles, abs, chin and a better more chiseled face!I just applied the stuff to my cheek bone area, jaw line, and underneath the jaw area, down to the chin. I also put some on my love handles, and ab section. It says to apply the lotion 30 minutes before training, which I did! The smell is of peppermint, and very strong, but soon fads after 20 minutes. All areas that were applied with the lotion, heated up very quickly(fuckn intense!!!!!!), but this subsides after 20 minutes to a very mild heat! This shit feels awsome, you can tell it is working, but the proof will be after a week or so.Some body builders apply it before a workout, before bed, and in the morning, after they get up! I will be going this route! I'll keep you posted!

Hey Girthius (or anybody else using this stuff), have you noticed any effect from yohimburn? Or is it too soon to tell if your getting results?

Do those ephedra free things, like hydroxycut have negative effects on flaccid hand, erections? So are they stimulants at all?

I have used yohimbe not for weight loss but to aid in my sexual health. The shit gives me the worst anxiety attacks immaginable! I refuse to take it again. Anyone know of a yohimbe alternative for erectile function?

I never noticed any negative effects on my pecker and I don't know if they're actually stimulants. However, in my opinion, they don't work much. They're not nearly as effective as the good stuff we used to be able to buy.

After a week of use, I have noticed some good early results. My gut has reduced some, along with my love handles, also my chin area and jaw line or more defined. I apply the gel, before a good cardio work out, and before bed, and in the morning. So far so go!! No bad effects, like a skin rash, etc. Have also applied it to the fat pad, and it works well on that area as well. Will continue to use it, and will keep you posted on changes.

Thanks for the update, girthius. Do you think your improvements are above and beyond what could have happened for you with only working out (i.e., without the Yohimburn)? I mean, maybe you expected more results because of using the Yohimburn, and somehow increased the intensity of your workouts, thereby causing the results? Or maybe there was a placebo effect? What do you think, seriously?

Thanks, looking forward to your future updates.

As you know the Yohimburn breaks up the fat deposits, when the lotion is applied to problem areas. Once the fat cells have been dislodged, they are then dispersed into the blood stream. From here they travel around the system, this why it is very important to have a good workout plan, and apply the lotion 30 min. prior to a workout. If you do not work out, the fat cells will find their way to some other body part(like the ass). As for my results thus far, I feel they have been ok, but perhaps they can be better? If I was only working out, I am sure I would have eventually succeeded at getting rid of most of the problem areas, except under the chin, and perhaps the love handles. With the Yohimburn, I am able to speed the process up, and also get to those problem areas, with success! I also know that to truly make this stuff work big time, I need to implement a more intense cardio attack, such as Hitt Cardio, so as to eat up those fat cells that get into the blood stream!

Cool, keep us posted on how it goes for you. Yeah, try out HIIT, and try to do it as early in the day as you possibly can, that'll keep you burning fat throughout the day.

Good luck,

As for burning fat in certain areas i lost approx 45 pounds a yer or so ago, i have a long way to go yet and have gained a little over 10 back very slowly slipping into my old habbits.

I have found fat seems go be burned in sections like one week i would take measurments/pics and looking at myh body i could tell that things such as the fat pad look smaller and the skin will ususally be slightly looser in that area for a day or two.

I will probabally try this product as i have a chin and a half... would like to get rid of that half it would definitley make my face look thinner. but i want to get fairly close my target weight before then.

this stuff sounds like it has amazing potential

it is definately frustrating when you work out and still look flabby cuz u have extra fat

I am quite pissed that they stopped making the good stuff too. I lost a good 20 pounds with the old ephedra filled hydroxycut. I tried the Xenadrine EFX (I think, the Ephedra free) and it has done absolutely nothing in 4 weeks. What a waste of a month and money.

My understaning is that Ephedra is herbal, whereas Ephedrine is synthetic. Ephedrine is supposed to still be available and should be in the substances commonly sold at gas stations/convenience stores. It is supposed to actually be a little more effective...so I'm told.

Ummm, do did anyone use this shit on their fat pad? This whole thread is about using Yohimburn on your fat pad, and all your idiots are talking about is your face, biceps, chest, etc.

I seriously doubt there is something that could spot burn the fat pad away. It is simple to do, diet, cardio and Penis Enlargement...This is what works

why couldn't it spot burn it away? its already been proven to burn other spots of fat around peoples bodies, why not pubic fat?
