Yes. It prevents gator bite while pumping as the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words] tube is longer. I ordered one the other day and will try out this week when it comes in. Finally won't have that annoying gator bite as the sleeve mod wasn't working for me.

Yes you can get longer insert for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words], I have had Extreme 40 couple months now,but before that I ordered through customer service the longer insert for just the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] (i was told they were going to make it standard on future [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words])

Bathmate must have the worst customer service in internet history. 6 emails sent and still no reply. Seems to be a trend with all pe companies to have horrible custoemr service

I just got mine in the mail and have to say it is worth it. I didn't have any pain around the bottom as I used to sometimes. My only problem is it makes pumping slightly more difficult because I notice I get more air in the tube than before. Probably just need to get used to using the longer extension.

It actually shipped all the way from the UK and I think I might have waited 2 weeks or more. I kind of just forgot about it and when it arrived I was thinking, "cool now I have it." I did get an email from them that my order had been shipped.

I got an email from them saying my order shipped, but no tracking number or anything, so I was wondering if something happened. I just got an [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] (which is awesome) and want to avoid getting the gator bite as much as possible. I think the idea of a long sleeve for Bathmates is brilliant though. If I were them, I'd also make some sort of long sleeve for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] that made the opening narrower and men could custom fit it to their base size.
