If anyone can help me out on this it would be greatly appreciated

So I've started hanging lately and am having troubles grasping the art of wrapping it seems. I've watched several videos and read all the threads I can find but for some reason I just can't get it right. I'm uncut, using a Bib Starter. The way I have been attempting to do it is to wrap initially with cloth, in this case torn up socks, and then wrapping over that (starting below the cloth wrap) with theraband. Now the other day it would stay on fine, was able to complete two experimental sets of 15 mins w/ 5 lbs and felt pretty good. Next day I tried and the wrap kept slipping off, no matter how tight I set the hanger. One question I have is would using like an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] or something thicker make it easier? Oy, if anyone has any advice it would help greatly and get me on my way to hanging stuff of my dick again. Thanks!

Hello Cybershot. Im uncut also and I have experienced the same problem that you have and I also use bib starter. Whgen I used two diffrent wraps, example cloth and theraband the hanger always slippwed down behind the glans and give me some pain or the hole shaft just twisted. The solution I found was to only wrap with theraband. It gives me a great hanging-workout and the hanger always stays at place. So try just theraband for some sets and see how it works for you.

Cyber,

I always tried to use just the Theraband. Sometimes, if my skin was sensitive, I would use a sweat shirt underwrap. One thing to remember, the more wrap, the more slipping. You just want a solid septum to attach the hanger.

There are a bunch of wrapping and hanger configurations to try. I would recommend spending time just trying different things. Remember what works for you, but try other stuff.

Sounds good Bib! Tried just the theraband today and it stayed solid again for a couple more experiment sessions. Guess I'll keep tweaking and see if I can get it down enough to start a consistent routine!

Cyber,

About the sticking. Use a bit of talc, baby powder on the Theraband. It comes from the factory already talced, but it quickly wears off. Be sure to use straight talc, not corn starch.

Ah, was wondering if something like that would help. Should have plenty of time this weekend to pick that up and get a solid routine started. Thanks again Bib!

How much Theraband should one use? in inches please.
Also would wrapping a sock around the penis be anyuse? I used to do that with the AFB device, but if Theraband is better than I will do that.

I think it'd be tough to give a definitive number in inches of how much theraband to use, it really depends on your flaccid girth and at what point the hanger starts to slip. The recommendation to take a piece and cut a little off each time until you find a good amount seems like a good one!

Well I've read about using cloth underwrap mainly to prevent the theraband from gripping the skin directly and having to peel (sometimes somewhat painfully) the wrap off after hanging. Bib's recommendation of using Baby Powder is far better and allows you to wear the hanger without having to overly tighten it to grip the internal structures.

Messed with the hanger settings somemore for my session yesterday and boy, was that comfortable! All the posts saying don't stop tweaking your hanger were right! Using the advice I have gotten above (Thanks Bib and B0ne!) I was able to achieve 20 mins/set without the head getting overly cold/numb/black and being in total comfort the whole time! Thanks again!!!

Red,

>How much Theraband should one use? in inches please.<

Start with a strip 15-18 inches long, and either 1.5 or two inches wide. Then work from there. With your girth, that should be plenty of wrap.

The less wrap, the better. The wrap should provide protection to the skin, and a solid septum for hanger attachment. Not padding.
