Girth will settle back quite a bit when you stop active penis enlargement. There is a constant swelling that is present when you are training that sticks around for a little while after you stop, this is a temporary swelling. Any real girth gains will be there for good. I have always suggested men did a quick routine once per week even after they have stopped just to keep good penile health. Kegels are also something that needs to be done forever.
