i've been reading up on a lot of info the past week,and i can say i've learned quite a lot
this is my 18th day into my basic P.E regimen,however i still do have a few questions about realisation

i currently measure 20cm's BPenis EnlargementL (give or take half a centimeter) in length and 13 in girth

i was wondering,is it possible to up that to 23CM in length and 16 in girth?

because my workout now simply consists out of jelqing a stretch and some kegels
but i realy wanna go at it once the basic regimen runs out and its time to set some now goals

i currently work two days on one day off

i realy hope somebody can help me because i realy like the general info here,maybe as mutch as getting a paid membership in time...
 
there's plenty of routines on this forums that you can check out. you definitely need more intensity and different types of exercises. at least you have really good starting length, but are you sure you really want to be that long? if you did hit that size, you probably wouldn't be able to go all the way in in most bitches

haha, i don't think that's even possible with your natural size. i've personally never experienced a loose pussy, so it'd have to be pretty bad for her to say that. at that point, it's HER problem if she can't feel it :P

but im still rather young(18) and i want to whack on a couple of inches for the future to come
lets just say 19 year old girls dont STAY 19 year old girls down there
so i'd rather pack a 9x6/6.5 johnson then having problems later on

that and penile health is important to me

however i meant that things.....stretch with age
so i'd rather be bigger and do some stretching of my own ;)
 
i asked this question to several threads but i dont seem to get any feedback,

how hard should somebody stretch?,because i havent started with that yet because im affraid to damage the goods

and if so,how should be stretched? (flaccid/limp semi etc)
 
Answer to your question bro is that as long as you start gradual you and slowly increase pressure you can pull as hard as you want. Just don't jerk into the stretch it could very well damage your dorsal nerve that runs the length of the shaft. Jerking into a stretch shocks the tissue and can cause tears in the suspensory ligament and the tunica that can be pretty serious. And to answer your question about erection level at the time of stretching, its been recommended that they be done as flaccid as possible. Erect stretches are inly for cementing gains.
