I was thinking that it may also be the pubic fat pad anchoring the penis down while sitting upright. But I dont know if most skinny dudes feel the Erect Penile anchoring as well while sitting upright. Maybe Big thighs make this happen as well.

Okay. I checked the thread. But when Iam laying down; Iam good. The belly seems flatter, the thighs(spread eagle) are not in the way and my cock tends to look bigger to me. Even when Iam on top. But sitting up right is the problem. I guess because the thighs and belly are closer together (submerging the penis). Do skinny guys have this problem to.

Nothing really aside from losing weight but even that has its limits due to body shape.
 
Just pelvic position. Also your legs get in the way a bit of her being able to lower down onto more of your cock. fat pad could play a role as well depending on the size of the fat pad.

It is different for everyone, some measure longer standing or sitting while others may lie down and find a greater measurement. None of us have the same body in shape or size so there will always be variations in measurements.

When I sit upright, my penis looks a bit smaller than when I'm laying down. Fat pad might be a contributing factor to this. But I don't let it bother me. If I focus, I can get rid of my fat pad completely in 60 days.
