i have done the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]matters of size[/words] exercises for 3 months now and i havent grew at all, i did them 3 days a week, i did the first and the second phase, and nothing, should i give up or try it again, can somebody explain to me what im doing wrong, ive done the same amount as dld was sayin.

did you warm up warm down

-i dont know what [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] means, can you explain it to me?
-i did warm up and warm down but i didnt do it exactly like dld with a towel i just aplyed heat didnt put anything wet on me
-i did 3 days a week for 2 months , each day 3 streches(30 sec each 9 ways -up, down, straight an left tight of each), 2 rototatory strechs(30 sec each one), than i did phase 2 for a month, 3 days a week each time -100 warm up steches, 30 dld blasters
-im not on any meds

~ applying heat your penis will look pinker in tone flexible and elastic i love heat pads but sometimes worry bout over heating one particular area without getting the whole shaft in my opinion
~ your 3 days might be what is setting you back increase your routine to a daily routine 7 days with stretches try doing these in shower or bath tub as the warm water will help
shower and bath tub is another form of warm up warm down but comes with more privacy if you want to sit in shower and do stretches pic up a shower medical chair these are great in shower :D

I don't believe 3 days a week is enough. Follow the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] 6-7 days a week and I think you will see a difference.

thanks, il try 1 month of 6 or 7 days a week, i thought that could be the problem cause dld was doing everyday, hope i grow, this thing sounds to good to be true:)
 
did you make sure to measure:

Erect lenght?
bone pressured erect lenght?
bone pressured flaccid lenght?
flaccid hang?
flaccid girth?
erect girth?

its not gonna be an over nighter "hey i got gains experience!"

its like bodybuilding. you can rarely see that big of difference on your self image after 3 months of lifting weights. but try and measure all and you can see the benefits
