Basically it looks like a decent hanger, you can add weight with plates, barbells, paint cans or milk jugs:) I prefer the Paint cans:)

As I said, it looks like a decent hanger. If you can hang weight from it and it is comfortable you will gain great with it.
 
That is King Snakes design! I made one after reading his post and its a lot cheaper to make than buying it from Ebay. Check out King Snakes post and create one for yourself. I just finished a 20 minute session with 15 pounds. I love this thing!

i live in Europe,east europe,so i don't have the things here...i am not in USA anymore,so we don't have walmart and things..
 
I bought this guy's stuff, his jelq tool is pretty stiff but it works once you get used to it. He's side stretcher is pretty awesome. The hanger is definitely worth the money. I paid like 89.99 for 5 different tools, I honestly thought they would be garbage but they're not. They're pretty good, and when you think about it, for less then the price of a bib you get all this stuff it's worth it.

Aside from hanging you can [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words], do Bundles, do Rolls, do twists, I mean it is so much more than just a hanger. In my opinion this makes more sense.
 
I have been down this road before. The tools do look good, but the "science" of making your penis longer is not a mystery. Cell moving? WTF? Whenever a site starts in with gobble-dee-gook, I am suspicious. I have that Jelq tool, I found it well made but worthless.

After all is said and done Penis Enlargement requires consistency and dedication and tension and time.
