Which pump gets results fast

In my opinion I don't think you can go wrong with anything that you choose... as long as its not a cheap novelty pump. It just comes down to how good your routine works for you and how consistent you are with it. Just don't get overzealous with pumping or you could potentially hurt yourself. Just go slow and listen to how your cock feels and what it tells you:)
