They would be about the same in intensity but I think it would be cheaper to buy just the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] and then buy the WV to do the mod

Well, I'm in a position where I've been able to try various ways.

Just a personal experience, we're all built a bit different, so this is just how I've experienced the VV mod. The power is more than enough, I've only reached the click point few times! Seriously, take the time and be cautious.

In my experience, comparing at least [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X30[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words], [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] is bigger in diameter and length, so there's some more room to grow and therefore pumping with the VV can be very intense, even if the measured vacuums would be about the same.
I think the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] material also has some play in this.

having to restart the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words]. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] usually takes 3 or 4 refills b4 I reach max inflation.
The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words] has a much more convoluted valve and is much harder to clean. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words] w/o a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words] is painful in the areas of contact with my abdomen, especially in areas of hernia surgery.
The pad eased that discomfort and with a good lube is easy to use.
The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]'s black gaither seems softer and less harsh. Probably why the vacuum seems less than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words]. (w/o the mod).
On both I pump 3 or 4 times then add the mod. After 2 to 3 pumps of the vaccu-vin I am where I want with both devices.
The mod is easier to use with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] and it seems as though I could add much more vacuum with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]. However, I have no
desire to injure the only dick I have.
Both devices are quality pumps and with the mod are all anyone would need in a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penis pump[/words].
