Hey guys, I've been a "veteran" of Penis Enlargement for a while, been doing it on and off for 6 years...and have never made any real gains. I've done all sorts of jelqing, slow, fast, long periods of time (45 minutes straight) short periods etc etc and it's all been standing up palms down.
I did Phase 1 of DLD's routine for 90 days and didn't really make any big gains.
I decided to go ahead with Phase 2 and watched the video of the double forced jelq and bend and decided to change to palm up sitting down jelqs.
I've noticed a difference, afterwards the penis doesn't "puff" up like it used to or get that puffy ring around the glans like it sometimes would.
Has anybody had better results from changing palms up or palms down?
