Where to hold when stretching?

Hi could anyone help here, when stretching am i supposed to pull my foreskin back and hold behind the glands before pulling to a stretch?

The problem i have is i have an unfortunate condition known as phimosis which means i can't pull my foreskin all of the way back.

Whenever i do my stretches i have to hold over the foreskin, and i seem to be getting small purple spots every time i Penis Enlargement, is this because do the stretch properly?

sounds frustrating. So focus more on other things, DLD has about 50 differet exercises you can do. Work with what you got. The sock stretches might work better for you stretching since your pulling in 2 directions instead of one with normal stretching.
 
You can always grasp your penis mid-shaft or even at the base and pull it. You don't even have to go near the glans if it's very sensitive, especially if you can't pull the foreskin back. Remember, there shouldn't be any pain involved here. If there is any pain or real discomfort, stop what you're doing. When I stretch, I pretty much stay away from the head of my penis.

All of these exercises should be pleasurable. "No pain, no gain," does not apply to P.E.

I never had spots. I hurt myself only once trying to stretch my dick up my back to the second vertabrae. Was that stupid, or what?
