That's cool, but I was talking about the entire routine. Like for instance, right now I'm doing a 30 minute stretching routine and 300 jelqs on Tues, Thurs, and Sat. I take Sundays off. My question is how long should I give this to produce some results before changing things up, adding more time or different exercises, etc.
