What's the best way to stretch while I'm out working?

If the work is in office and you sit most of the time, you can go all the working hours without problem with nice tension, I do med-high, taking it on/off at bathroom breaks and stretching penis manually.

Just start at a light tension and keep increasing as you go. If it rubs on your leg, just put a sock over it. It's a simple device that does do good work. It shouldn't show at all. Wear your outfit for work and walk around the house with it on. You'll see and feel what is going on.
