I would say Gains number one of course and since I havent had sex yet (but soon enough will) I would feel much more confident reaching my size goal before i have sex. So then i would have to say Gains and Pleasing my partner as a tie really and its something i been self concious about for a long time and thought i could never change it but I now know i can. there goes my input
 
of course gains...i don't think anyone here pe's just cuz they like tuggin on their dicks for hours and hours...but for me it is also for my partner...she was satisfied before but i wanted to be bigger for her...and knowing that you are probably one of the more well hung guys in the room...doesn't hurt the ego rofl

What keeps me going is the certain knowledge that as I gain penis size I am systematically smashing my long held belief that I'm only adequate in the penis dept. Everything else is a bonus. I KNOW that my wife was perfectly satisfied with my size, but she does seem to like what pe is doing for me and what it does for her. During sex she has become much more vocal - like panting, grunting, saying 'OMG', etc. and sometimes shouting out loud - and as far as I can tell she's less reliant on fantasies in her head to get her to orgasm and instead is more focussed on the right here right now business of being given a seriously good shafting :o)
