What do you guys think about splitting Penis Enlargement into 2 sessions - 1 in the morning and 1 at night? I was thinking the following:
MORNING - SESSION 1
Warm-up - 10-15 mins
Mandingo stretches - 6 mins
Behind the cheeks - 2 mins both cheeks
DLD Blasters - 20 x 10 seconds (more?)
Straight out stretches (bundled every other time) - 1 min each direction (left, right, up, down, straight out)
A-stretch and V-stretch - 2 mins each
Rotary stretches - 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] seconds
Behind the cheeks - 2 mins both cheeks again
Roughly 40-45 mins total, I heat intermittently throughout the workout to keep my dick nice and warm and stretchy.
Then I wrap all day at work in 1 hour intervals using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s strapping method (thanks DLD!). Roughly 8 hours.
Now, the potential 2nd session:
NIGHT - SESSION 2
Jelq for 15 mins
Edge for 15-20 mins
Do you guys think this second workout is necessary? Is jelqing really needed or would this be overtrianing? I don't really have time in the morning, so I'm curious what you guys think. I appreciate any and all feedback. Good luck growing to all!
