What are some good weights?

I'd like to start hanging with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] but im at a loss as to what kinds of weights to use.

Any recommendations guys?

I don't think it matters too much. I've seen lots of pics of people starting out with 2.5lbs plate weights. They are cheap and can be found at any sports store or Walmart/Target.

Cheap wights that are easy to attach to the strap. I use pretty much anything with weight.

Gallon of water weighs eight pounds; you could progressively fill a milk jug with water. Really cheap, recyclable, and completely stealthy too.

You can also attach the strap to a door handle and lean back, allowing your body weight to produce the resistance.

Bootlace'd work, hell, at a starting weight dental floss would work.

any tutorials or vids on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] hanging? i tried it today and it was just awkward to say the least. i ended up removing the weight (5 lb plate attached with string) and using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] with just my hands (standard). im really interested in trying to hang with this thing.. but my penis actually 'crimped' right where the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] was attached so i figured i was doing something wrong.. perhaps i was not wearing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] properly for hanging ?

What wrong with vacuum hangers. I want to try everything, everything except surgery. I have years and years to do it too. I have already done hanging, manual stretching and various exercises, clamping, jelqing, pumping, supplements, kegals, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], Buuut I know theres so much more, and I want to try all of them. Air pumping and this Vac Hang but I dont want to try anything that will hurt or damage me like blisters. But the way these hangers look maybe Im stonned but for some reason they look like they would be like really effective lol Hell Im probably so lit
