Guys i really want to add more length. At the moment i'm 6.5 bpel and 5.5 eg. I'm doing a combination of manual stretches and a bit of hanging here and there. Any advice or suggestions on killer exercises that will surely lead to gains. Any thoughts or comments are greatly appreciated.

I've been doing those exercises for quite some time now. I did see some gains but the more the better. Which manual stretches have work for you guys the most. I know everyone will gain from different exercises but I just want to know which exercises I should incorporate into my routine. Currently I'm doing BTC, DLD Blasters, Mandingo V-stretch, sock stretches that pretty much it. Oh and some hanging with some called a Captain's Wench. I'm not sure if you guys have heard of it. I'm from california bro. ANy insight on how to become much more efficient with my pe would be great. Thanks GUys
 
I've used hard-ass, manual stretches for 30 minutes somedays to an hour+ other days. You need to pull intensively when doing each stretch. Treat it as if you're pulling a resistance band in all variations. You have to shock it enough for growth to come. Same analogy can be said to weight-lifting, or any other exercise.
 
It sounds like you are doing all the best stretches, I agree with keepinitbig with the comment on intensity.
