Just last week my wife and I visited our local adult toy store and she picked up a new goodie. It looked to me like it was bigger around than I was, but she insisted I was bigger.

After we argued about it a couple of times she dug out a tape measure and measured it and me. It was 5.5 and I am a little over 6.

To me it still looks bigger. It may be because you can see it from every angle where I can only see myself from the top.

I have the same thing. I'm also a little over 6" of girth now and I have to convince myself once in a while of how big that really is compared to most guys. Having a larger than average length is unusual, BUT having a larger than average girth is even LESS common.

Same here, I'm a bit over 6" but it sure doesn't look like it. I've discovered the cause of this lately though and that's a relative lack of width on my part. Having a fairly narrow dick and decent length makes it look pencil-like. Uncool. So some specialized width work is in the future for me...

My wife and I chatted about this after my last post. She thinks the reason I think it is smaller is because my girth is mostly vertical, not horizontal. When I look down it seems kinda skinny to me.

That would also explain the problem we have with teeth marks. If my girth was more in the width she would have an easier time.

I can say myself, jumping from 4.75 to 5.2 fels noticably heavier and thicker - this is less than half an inch and while I cannot notice the difference in appearance (excluding the bruising haha) it does feel larger.

I've gained 1.25" since I've started in girth. The funny thing is, I've never felt like I was lacking in the girth department, when in reality, I was terribly!

At 5.25" I feel extremely confident with my size and wouldn't feel bad if I could never gain again. I guess it depends on how big of a person you are.

I have been thinking for names for my cock as I get really huge. Like over 6.5 girth and 8.5 length. As a reward to myself for accomplishing that I would select a name for my unit. And possibly get it on a t-shirt or written down the side of some light colored biking shorts.

I've just about gained .25 to my 5 inches in girth.( like a cm below the .25 mark) Don't know if it's permanent or not but I could tell it's a lil fatter and fells a lil heavier.

I am 5.5 and I too definitely don't look thick--to me. I measured a cilender at 5.5 and it looks significantly thicker. I think I have gained more vertically also. I am just under 2" in diameter. I think you need at least 2.5 in diameter to over come this. This is whay I am doing bends and squashes. I think it will help. My goal is 6.5. When clamped, I pump up to a hair under 6.0.
