To use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words], I fill it with water, get my erect, then insert into it, right? Then pump the piece into my body to create greater suction? Then I sit there (while maintaining a full erection) for 10-20 minutes? Use warm/hot water?

Well, first time using didn't go well... at all. I did some pull stretches, filled up the bath in warm/hot water and jumped in. Filled the penomat up with water, pressed it against my pelvis (penis inserted obviously) and watched the bubbles fly as I push out water in place of myself. 11 minutes later, I stand up, it falls right off and I look exactly the same. So I figured i'd see if I could just fill it and make it stay, nothing. It just slides off. I am clean shaven, so that shouldn't be the issue. But, is everyone's [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] totally flat on the bottom (part that meets your skin)? Mine is slightly angled, almost as if it was on purpose. Another words, if I try to stand the penomat up, it will just fall off. The bottom part is not straight.

Safty and easy of use is also a concern.


Even with Bathmate® with no gauge is a problem.
Bathmate® with the VacuVin modification is also an even bigger problem. You nullify the safty that is built-in into the pump.
