Uneven pecs

I've been working out for about two years now I can bench a fair amount of weight with one problem, my left pec is substantially smaller then my right. If you guys have any ways to help me out, that would be great this has been driving me nuts >:(
 
Target it with isolation movements on exercises like dumbbell flies and dumbbell presses. So do those two exercises on the left side ONLY and do not do them on the right side.

Do 4 sets of 10,8,6,15 reps with 6 reps being the most you can lift in 6 reps, so its essentially a failure set.

* 10 reps you use 50% your 6 rep max,
* 8 reps you go with 75% the 6 rep max,
* 6 reps is 100% you can handle for 6 reps NOT your 1RM.
* 15 reps & 35% your 6 rep max.

Do that on each with GOOD form and not with jerking movements, your lifting the weight not throwing it and in about 4-6 weeks you should see the left side come out more.

This is a good technique to bring lagging sides up. The 10,8,6,15 method is actually created by the Great late Vince Gironda. It WORKS my friend and you can use this on anything.
 
If yo have access to a pec dec and like that, than use that instead but do it with ONE arm only. Also forgot to mention that you should pause in the contracted position and count for 2-3 seconds before carrying on.
 
A lot of times guys concentrate more on "getting the weight lifted" and not so much on "lifting the weight". Meaning, essentially, that we tend to focus on the completed goal instead of how best to complete that goal. Complete engagement of your nervous system is essential to proper muscle growth; you can lift until you puke but if the muscle cells aren't talking to your brain-properly or completely- then you'll get your present experience. You might want to try focusing your attention on your trouble areas next time you lift. Concentrate on the feel of the muscle, try to consciously engage each and every last muscle fiber you've got during your workout; FEEL them with every bit of energy expended. I'm a firm believer in the mind/body synergy. Together they can accomplish amazing things.

completely agree, I tried pin pointing my biggest problem what I think it is im right side dominant and it took me awhile to notice but it was so minute my left shoulder helps push the weight up. I've been trying to keep my elbow's inward as much as possible I asked my doctor and it sucks but I have gyno he thought it was just one side flared more then the other dont want to doubt him but I know there's a difference. But your absolutely right I try to maintain a state of concentration when I work out rather then anabolic pump frenzy lol I try hard as I can to get that feeling of pump in my left pecs but nothing. : ( thats a great suggestion though thanks
 
Dumbbells only and machines if one side of your body is stronger than the other.

Sometimes thats the cards you were dealt, you may be able to improve it but one may always be bigger than the other. So many guys have a bigger bicep or other muscle groups that are uneven in measurements. Sometimes it not something you can change.
 
Another option if you really struggle mate and I aint pushing this stuff, is to try getting some MGF(Mechano Growth Factor) which is a variation of the IGF(More complex than that but for the sake of the thread I will leave it be) and is injected locally into the lagging muscle.

It is released locally when we workout in the muscle we are working out and lasts a few minutes in our bodies in the local area. Once injected users have reported good gains in the muscle size and strength. I also know a more longer half life variation is around called Penis EnlargementG-MGF which is just got an ester attached for longer absorption in the border, hence the PGF.

Its expensive but maybe something to look into? If you need PDF documents on MGF I can get them for you from when I did extensive research on it several years back.

Thanks red, im not going to acknowledge this but I will keep it in mind im gonna try what you suggested first off and we'll see where it goes from there appreciate the input guys. :)
