Turkey Neck!!

Hey guys,

anyone know of ways to get rid of turkey neck? i have it pretty good and it looks bad.

i feel like the only way as i keep gaining is to get surgery down the road...

or gain more girth but still...

There's a lot of different theories you can find here. There's like 3 or 4 that claim their exercise cures turkey neck. However, I haven't actually seen a post of a single person saying they actually cured it, which is unfortunate. If there's someone out there that has, I'd love to hear what they did.

But depending on how bad yours is, it may take a long time and a lot of effort.

So, obviously there's a lot. I'm not sure which is the best. Decide what one you think will work best or use a combination. All of these guys are highly respected on the forum.

I see the link no longer works. It was a link to the page of results of my search on the advanced search. He should just type in turkey neck in the "Advanced Search" button, click "titles only" and add "all types" and he will get al the results he needs. :)
 
There are neck exercises which have been proven to be effective. Do regularly.

Gently lift your head up and move it backwards to tighten the muscles on the neck. Do this exercise for few times during the day for 2 minutes. Perform this exercise regularly to see a big change for long time

Oh, I thought we were planning on Thanksgiving. I have all the trimming but I am sure my penis was not on the ingredient list:):):)

Come to think of it, will gaining girth get rid of the turkey neck @DLD
