Hello everyone. When I first started Stretching I was pulling behind the glans and that seemed to be working ok, a couple weeks ago I read a thread on here about pulling closer to the base so Ive been doing that and I feel it internally. My question is where do permanent length gains come from? Stretching the ligs or the shaft? Or both?
 
Length gains come from 3 places:
Tunica Stretching (any stretch that is in the upward position, stretching from the glans)
Ligament an Shaft Stretching (any downward stretch position, stretching from glans)

This is what I wanted to ask as well, thanks. So you could substitute stretching upwards with bundle stretching for the Tunica for a more intense workout?

Definitely, as a matter of fact, I believe bundle stretching is better for tunica than upward stretching.
