Trying to get motivated back into Stretching :-/

Ok so I was doing the newbie stretches for a week and then got lazy and quit. Everytime I stretch, my dick fills with blood and I have to wait a few minutes for it to get completely flaccid again, which ends up adding alot of extra time to the routine. Can you stretch your penis if its maybe 5-10% erect? Will it still effect the tunica/ligs the same as if it was COMPLETELY flaccid?

It's normal that you get easily errect at the beginning of your ''pe-career''. I don't think that it will effect your gains in any way if you do your stretching 10% errect. After some weeks you will get used to it and not become errect anymore.
You could also do you girth workout before stretching, this helped/helps me alot if I'm too horny on some days.
