Tongkat Ali review.......

Been on 2.4gms of this for 6 days straight now and ....... nothing.

No changes whatsoever be they + or -.

Anyone else used this and suffered the same fate?!

Moving onto Tribulus and Muira next week (dropping the Tongkat) so will provide details/experiences of that in the near future guys.....

I was taking 50:1 extract in 400mg pills. 3 in the am 3 in the pm.

I was hoping for a big rise in sex drive/sexual experience and load size. I'd read about these effects in many places on the net but it seems it was all BS!

It seemed like a good Yohimbe type supplement.

First, be patient. My understanding is it can take up to two weeks before effects are noticed. I have read other places (non-commercial) of people having great results. Please continue another week and let us know if you see any benefits.

Second, I have had super results with Tribulus Terrestris and Muira Puama Extract. I take 500 mg of Tribulus and 250 mg of Muira per day, in the evening. I cannot comment on load size, but as far as erections, WHEW!

The tribulus is meant to be cycled. The "alternative" I use is NO2, two tablets in the late afternoon. It has been great for flaccid hang and erections.

no, I've stopped using the Tongkat - I just felt it wasnt doing anything.

Been on Trib and Muira Puama for the last 7 days now and the results have been better.......

I've felt more aggressive (but in a controllable way) and more clearheaded, plus I've felt more energy in the gym.

They havent increased my sex drive, but my erections have been consistently harder than normal and my 'downtime' has decreased by quite a way.

Not earth shattering so far, but I plan to keep with these 2 for a while yet and will report back in say a month's time..........

I have been using the tribulus and muira puama for about a month now. I also take Pinnacle NOX2. The results have been fabulous!

I, like you, had read that tongkat ali was pretty good. Since you are supposed to cycle the tribulus, I was looking for a replacement.

I think one should look at the tongkat ali this way: Tongkat ali
raises testosterone, this has been well documented scientifically.
Now, the question is: how do you react on increased testosterone? If
your testosterone levels are fairly high anyway, you will have all the
major effects of high testosterone, such as healthy libido, a good
body composition without much fat, mental alertness, good energy. Then
you will not feel much from even higher testosterone. But if your
testosterone levels are low, wow, the tongkat ali makes a big
difference. Another issue is: where did you buy your tongkat ali?
Chances are you purchased a fake. No herbal is fakes as much as
tongkat ali.

With Tongkat Ali you need patience. Where u buy your Tongkat ali is very important. I had fallen victim of people who sell fake tongkat ali on the internet before. I finally bought mine from tongkatstamina.com and I have been on this natural supplement for over six months now! works great. What you need to know is that u must have your on and off times, I take 1,200 i.e 3 capsules daily for five days and three days off the herb. For the herb to be effective, u must follow the on and off times. If u are doing body building u may want to increase your daily dosage or even double it. I suffered from a number of health problems including ed but Tongkat ali has made all of these problems a thing of the past. Looking for cheap tongkat ali may lead u to those fakers, beware.

I read this all of the time about how much is being taken, such as 1,200, but doesn't the extract ratio make a big difference? what ratio are you taking at 1,200? I assume a 1:50 vs 1:200, with the same milligrams, is quite a difference. thanks.

I've bought from several but settled on www.authentictongkatali.com. Be sure to follow the directions on cycling, and like sela said, it does take a little time for your body systems to react.
