I just got the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] yesterday and so far have been using it for hour sessions. I quite like the stretch but I'm worried about the fluid build up. I'm getting fluid building in a similar way to which you would with the vacextender/autoextender.

Is fluid build up directly related to blisters? Should I use tape with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words]? Does fluid build up reduce with conditioning?

I think supra said in his post he wore it for 4-6 hours at a time. I'm worried the fluid build up will cause damage to the skin if I do that.

I'm not sure if there's many people using [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] devices out there, but hopefully someone has some experience.

Hey Lad,
It's been years now, how is it going?

Well i just got my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] yesterday night, and today was my first time using it.
I'm using it with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I was able to wear it for 2 hours straight; however with a fluid build up.

Could you provide me with some of your experience, thanks.

I would stick to 1 hour sessions and a break to return good circulation. There is no reason not to, the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] is so quick on and off that it takes no time, about 30 seconds to reconnect. Every hour simply stretch out a bit and do some light massage to return circulation and then go for another set.

Thanks for advice,

I'd go for higher tension with an hour duration then.'

Cheers,
Shawn

Go as high as you can in intensity for as long as you can but getting retention means you went too long. It is pretty simple math to figure out, intensity + time spent without retention. Once you find this variable you can know exactly how long you can go at any given intensity.

I'm curious as to where you are getting your fluid build up at. I also wear the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and also as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. I'm cut so I have to roll up skin on the cone and where I roll it up I actually get a ring of fluid build up or swelling( whatever it might be) and when I take the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] off that ring is about an inch below my glands, it's only about an 1/8th of an inch but it goes all the way around my shaft. It will last a day or two if i quit wearing it but it always comes back when I do wear it. Anyway just curious where yours was occurring at. I've been thinking about getting some hydrocortisone cream to see if will help, curious what [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] thanks about it.

The point of connection is usually where fluid will build up, better understandings come when we consider time and how long we can wear a certain intensity before fluid builds up. This will give a definitive time to where it can be avoided by removing and returning good circulation and reattaching. The benefit of this is there will be no need for time off due to retention. It should also be considered that the attachment you are using is the right size, too tight and it will cause retention while too loose will cause poor grip and blisters, finding the right size and measuring time will be the smartest approach.

I've wondered if I've had the right size or not because it seems that most of the contact is mostly concentrated on the tip of the skin being rolled up and not the whole cone size. I guess I need to get in touch with Ron and see what he suggest as far as size and fit. I'll pass along what I find out. DLD, can you give me your thoughts on the hydrocortisone cream?

I have used Hydrocortisone for 20 years now for many skin issues and have had miraculous results. It completely eliminates itchiness and red skin as soon as you apply it. It also works great to prevent wrinkles, I use it after I shave everyday and I am wrinkle free at 48 years old. After a good PE session nothing soothes the beast like a bit of Hydro!

If I were to be in your shoes, I will replace the SG with the Silistretcher and I will also get a length master as well. The SiliStretcher is very discreet and comfortable to use unlike the bulky SG.

If you use the length master for 20 mins daily and wear the Silistretcher for 6 hours daily, your gains will come faster.
