Ok, so i've had a little while off pe'ing and i am about to dive back into it. I am wondering if i should just do the starter routine, or begin doing something a little more intense? I reached 6.5" which is a full inch larger than my starting stat and have shrunk back to 6.2". Was not happy to see this.
Any ideas what to do after having time off? I've heard stories of people gaining easy after time off so any advice from some experienced pe'ers would be great
