Ramon has been discussed millions of times around here. The conclusion is 9-9.5 X 6.5, i myself lean more towards 9 than 9.5. There are some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] measured pics of him floating around on here. Hes no Mandingo though.
 
That looks like 10 inches when it comes out, and he isn't even completely erect. Plus , I think that is way thicker than 6.5 inches, more like 8 or more, but it could just look bigger on camera. Either way, it's outrageous.

It's Ramone, He pumps, we know this because DLD hung out with him. I have seen mesured shots and he is 6.25 in the shot and they are holding the tape pretty loose so 6 after a pump 5.75 before and I would say before he started peing he was like 5.5 in girth.
