Thinking of changing to this

I'm now doing different exercises, I dont mind the girth busters and stuff. I think I may have a good girth routine going on. But as far as stretches, some stretches I do, I dont feel they are doing me any good, A stretch, Plyos etc. When I do basic stretch, down left, down center, down right, out left, out center, out right, up left, up center, up right.... I feel it stretching. Could I gain length (at least 2 inchs) by JUST doing basic stretches everyday???

Mon. Basic Stretch
Tues. Basic Stretch
Wed. Basic Stretch
Thur. Basic Stretch
Fri. Basic Stretch
Sat. Basic Stretch
Sun. Basic Stretch
 
2 inches... Maybe, maybe not.

Everyone is different, but I can assure you that if you feel it stretching that you will get gains.

Personally the basic stretches have worked the best so far as length is concerned.
 
hey on your downward stretch strait down one do the footlong it is very intense. just use baby powed to increas your grip. thenif you stretching with you right hand put your left foot on the top of your have to increas the stretch

Well I have gained 2"+ flacid bps from stretching but I think you will have to do somthing else to get your erect length to grow much. Also pick one day and only do 1/2 of your normal stretches. I found for me anyway I gained faster if I did less one day a week.
However only you will know what works best for you, experment and have fun!
