Think I've just injured myself!!

Ok, so during my jelq session today (100 normal wets, 30 v-jelqs) x 3, at the third set, 57th jelq I started feeling a bit of pain in my penis, so I stopped to see what it was. I could feel it hurt, so I stopped exercising instantly. Now, 5 mins after I can see a "bump" or something on top of the shaft, midway. Not red, not blue, not black, no different color than the rest of the penis. But it feels like a soft pillow underneath my skin. The size of this thing is an inch long and 1/4 inch wide.

I know I should not do Penis Enlargement for a couple of days, but should I heat? Ice? Call a doctor?

Take a day or two off. If it doesn't hurt but still has that bulge/bump it should fade. If this is pain, watch your form while doing Penis Enlargement exercises.

Getting an erection without pain, check
Pissing without pain, check
Darker blue color around and along the dorsal vein? Check :(

If it's a bruise it'll darken down, bet on that; but it sounds like it might be a type of blister. You may just have seperated two layers of skin and there's fluid collecting 'tween 'em.
Generally it can be treated like a sprain or strain; ice (cold anyways) for the first 24 hours to help stem the swelling and fluid collection, then moist heat after that.
Just keep an eye on it for discoloration and/or more swelling.

Sounds like you got a bruise that may be retaining blood or fluid at the dermal level, like GH stated. Give yourself a day or two to heal. Once the it bruises and flattens you can start again.

Still slightly purple... Couple of days more rest will do the trick!

You can probably start up again, a bruise can take a while to fade, but as long as there in no bump, or fluid buildup you should be ok.

Did some light stretching, all okay. Thanx for comforting words, nice to know I'm not alone =)

No problems. Bruising is a normal part of Penis Enlargement and you will probably experience it again, just know it will fade quickly.

Try for some Vitamin-K cream if you can find any. You may be lucky local, only place Ive seen it has been online.

So is this for tissue regeneration or to correct the body ability to absorb that molecule? And if it does allow the body to absorb a molecule that it may have been lacking then it could have a bunch of Penis Enlargement applications.

I also had the (probably stupid) notion that K applications were usually pet based?

Vitamin K benefit
Vitamin K source Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in blood clotting. The body can store fat-soluble vitamins in fatty tissue.

Function
Vitamin K is known as the clotting vitamin, because without it blood would not clot. Some studies indicate that it helps in maintaining strong bones in the elderly.

Food Sources
Vitamin K is found in cabbage, cauliflower, spinach and other green leafy vegetables, cereals, soybeans, and other vegetables. Vitamin K is also made by the bacteria that line the gastrointestinal tract.

Side Effects
Vitamin K deficiency is very rare. It occurs when the body can't properly absorb the vitamin from the intestinal tract. Vitamin K deficiency can also occur after long-term treatment with antibiotics.

Individuals with vitamin K deficiency are usually more likely to have bruising and bleeding.

Recommendations
Specific recommendations depend on age, gender, and other factors (such as pregnancy). The best way to get the daily requirement of essential vitamins is to eat a balanced diet that contains a variety of foods from the food guide pyramid.

The Food and Nutrition Board at the Institute of Medicine recommends the following dietary intake for vitamin K:

Infants

0 - 6 months: 2.0 micrograms per day (mcg/day)
7 - 12 months: 2.5 mcg/day
Children

1 - 3 years: 30 mcg/day
4 - 8 years: 55 mcg/day
9 - 13 years: 60 mcg/day
Adolescents and Adults

Males and females age 14 - 18: 75 mcg/day
Males and females age 19 and older: 90 mcg/day
If you take warfarin (a blood thinner), you should know that vitamin K or foods containing vitamin K can affect how the drug works. Ask your health care provider how much vitamin K or vitamin K-containing foods you should consume.

Alternative Names
Vitamin K deficiency; Deficiency - vitamin K

Bruising and discoloration. I have heard of others using it for blood flow, but I didn't see much to back that up from what Ive read. I don't doubt it being a deficiency in most people that consume greens. We just don't hear much about it cause
there's many culprits in blood issues.
