Damn, that makes a big difference. I think the type of cock you have really makes a big difference. If your cock goes straight out then it should be at maximum size. If it curves and goes "up" then it will really shorten it. I took a pic of me standing up without touching it in my picture thread and you can really see the difference. A lot of my penis "goes in" when I stand up and let it be. When I pull it down, a lot is reshown.
