I was sitting on my sofa and felt making myself into a ball ... so i did and i was upside down on my sofa with my knees to my chest and legs contracted and suddenly there is this pulse in my dick the my pulsating dick was like gonna blow or was being given electric shocks though i didnt do anything or any kegel and shit i just kept feeling that what the fuck is that ?
IT WAS FUNNY AND NICE ... I want it to happen again.

Tic or myokymia, I had something like what you describe long time ago. Might be your exercise position which shifted some muscles or made a new stress. As long as it feels good, I don't see a problem with it. Nice if you can trigger that feeling with a exercise move! Mine just happened involuntary when I was sitting in front of my computer.

You should try to get in that position and stretch in unison with the Kegel and the Reverse Kegel, body position can sometimes be everything in a stretch.

Yup, music is the perfect medium to get some seriously times kegels, reverse kegels and stretching. 130 bpm would be perfect at half beat. A great soundtrack for this is God'd Trance Playlist on Youtube.

i do on 140 bpm ... dubstep god damnit one song is enuf for my dick ...
so i one time i made one hour long cds and played them before sleeping while doing kegels ... my dick felt like it could not move ... as if my dick was sucking power from my body
