This is a VERY EFFECTIVE exercise I been using recently.
It is a more advanced version of my TOW exercise and is a torsion method to stretch the penis cells, ligs, tunica apart over time.

How is it done?

Warm up first, MUST warm up.
Now in 100% flaccid state, grasp with the left hand around the base and push down towards the pubic bone.
Now get the right hand and grasp about half an inch / 1' up from that, both in American A-Okay signs and than push the left hand towards the right side and the right towards the left side this creates a 'Z' like shape.

Now: Tilt ever so sligltly the pulling hands abit up for the right and abit down for the left, now it should look more like a 'S' shape.

When you do this pull also make sure you pull upwards as well.

It is hard to begin with but a GREAT GREAT Exercicse and very effective.
If ya wasnt keen on the TOW than do this, penis torsion is enlargint the inside of the penis NOT the ligaments so ya can do this along side ya lig' exercises like the 'A' stretch and JAI.

How many do I do?

Hold the stretch for about 10 seconds and than repeat again in that SAME postion this time alternating directions of pull between the both hands, so if the left hand pulled right last time it now pulls left.

After ya done another 10 seconds, move the left hand from the base about 1' up and the right about half an inch / 1' up from that and repeat the whole process.

Keep doing it till the WHOLE shaft of the penis is done.

Do say 2 Sets of these in ya workout or if ya dont do many stretches do 4 sets.
Build up an extra set slowly and when ya ready.

How does this exercise work?

It works by putting force on the penile shaft chambers, tunica and surrounding area by pulling it in a torsion like manner at an angle of attack.
This makes that area under stress get a better stretch and more likely to enlarge.

I new method I have with this stretch is I bend my flaccid cock completly one way...say left with a handle-bar grip [Like you are holding a handle bar on a bike] I than lie back in bed and watch TV with this grip in place.
I sometimes put my cock over the leg area [top] and do this grip while in bed....ca do longer this way.

I find that the momentum and weight/force of the hand/legs keeps the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] strecth going.....this should prove tobe a great exercise and I shall really start to use it more.

If ya will this is two version of the same concept.
The top half is the 'S' bend/stretch and the bottom half after --- is the 'U' bend stretch.

:p I am hopeless at pictures....I will try to draw some sort of diagram for each stage....I dunno when as I have alsorts of stuff on including net security also.

The ''U'' stretch is a variation of dld's horseshoe bends located here

I never noticed this until today. Very effective and I always throw some in when I do a clamp session.
 
I still do these from time to time in my clamped sessions. They just come as natural now. Gives a good external stretch to the penis and you can adjust the area your stretching by positioning the hands in different places as you go.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ?
