What is the longest you've hung weights for in consecutive sets? How about total hours for a whole day?

How long did it take you to get up this amount and do you think you could have done it sooner had you the time?

I'm going for 3 consecutive hours of hanging. And 4 total hours today.
 
I've hung as many as 5 hours total daily. Took a few months to work up to that for me personally....3-4 months. Using the Bib "starter".
 
My longest hanging session was a bit over 3 hours and a bunch of two hour sessions there after. If you can work up to it it's definitely beneficial, but like everything else takes time. Too bad I don't have time anymore. LOL.
 
To you guys who've hung for a number of hours a day: how long do you hang for at one time, and how long do you have off between sets?

I'd just like to know as I'm planning on working up to all-day sessions (I work from home so it should be easy to do).

I have done twelve 20 minute sessions with 10 minutes rest in between in one day.

First session at 30 pounds and then at least 5 sessions at 40 pounds and then the rest at 30 with the last few at 20. I have been hanging for several years now and hve worked my way up to this amount. Also, for the balance of such a marathon day I will hang with my ADH device at about 2 pounds.

I hve gained three inches in length over the last 2-3 years and will continue until I hit at least 10" NBP.

GO easy and work your way up to this if you choose to do it!

What is your LOT?
 
yesterday I made it to 3 hours 20 minutes total then a friend came over and we chilled. I'm trying for 2 hours 20 minutes today and will only do 3+ hours on the weekend.

What you've said echoes what Bigger said in another thread that guys who hang over 10 hours a week are getting gains (on average), and you guys all sound like you fit into that category.

10 hours a week means 4 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] min sessions a day 7 days a week, or 6 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] min sessions 5 days a week, so I now know what to aim for.

I hope so. I think it has something to do with just continual stress on the ligs with my case. There is something to hanging one really big set or having one BIG day of hanging if you can do it. I'd liken it to a shock session or routine that some people do with manual Penis Enlargement. Plus, it follows along the same thinking of getting to fatigue as quickly (and obviously safely) as possible while then "riding" that fatigue like Bib says.

If you do 20 minute sets and shoot for 2 hours a day 6 days a week then you can easily do 10 + hours a week. I got up to about 14-16 hours a week for a while when I used to hang SO and SD sitting. I didn't get much from that. I gained like 1/8 of an inch from that, but never got into it. I've never felt what I've felt this weekend.

Right now I break it into weight classes. Warmup, then warmup set at 10 lbs, then 2 sets at 13 lbs and 2 more at 15 lbs and 2 more at 13 lbs and whatever else I can do if I have the time or ability to do more.

That is a lot of hanging time. Do any of you guys have any time = gain results. All of us I am sure would put in the time, if it was clear cut that the gain was there. Any feed back on weekly hang time/days,weeks,months = gain?

That's the lowest LOT I've heard of. It must be BTC. I assume you hang BTC now also.

How much did you gain from a LOT of 6 to 4? Was it hard to hit the ligs during that period?
 
Okay.....too much scotch tonight. My LOT is actually at 8 o'clock. I have gained 3" in length at least from the last time I measured. I stopped the monthly measuring and go by look and by the frequency and level of my noturnal erections. I measure at 6 month intervals now
 
Hydromaxmm. we all need to keep better records here of our progress like time put into each amount of exercise or sessions in addition to our gains. it's obvious with hanging that the more you put in as long as the settings are more or less appropriate for your penis that the more you will gain.
 
I can do 1.5 hrs with 20 lbs, but it took me 3 years to get there!! I only recommend 20-30 min max, or when you start to loose circulation
