Ok so maybe I'm a bit slow, but I'm still not sure if I get this kegel thing. I figure I cannot be the only one, so I thought I would make a post about it. My plan is to try tonight doing something (it's so GD cold in my basement lol) and getting an erection, then once I do I'm going to take a video of my dick while I do what I THINK might be kegeling. Any other pics/vids/advice would be helpful.

As far as the reverse kegel...which imo is even more important than anything on here because have an 8 inch cock is nice but knowing you can last as long as she wants would be an even bigger confidence booster as I re-enter the dating world after my divorce... If you can do it while peeing you can do it without peeing. I really don't get why you can't do it. I'm getting frustrated for you lol. Come on man I know you can do it. Squezze that muscles RIGHT NOW and you should feel something in your dick. What does it feel like or do not feel anything at all? Are you doing them erect or flaccid? You can go them either way but I suggest you get an erection and try it if your dick moves when you do it then you just did a kegel. Make that dick jump!

yeah that looks like a kegal to me, would be easier when erect. the easiest way of thinking about it is as if youre squeezing to stop peeing, and for reverse kegels to push as if you were trying to force your piss out really hard. also, who was just walking around in the background while youre tugging your dick?!
