Hello [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], I have left Penis EnlargementGym because it kind of seems dead, so hear i am.
Suffering from: severe ADHD, and OCD
Weight: 120lbs
Height: 5'7.4
I started on 5/17/11

Erect Length was 6.2
EG-was 4
Flacid length was 5
I never took my flacid girth...i was sucha noob, all were bone-pressed

As of last night, my erect length is 7.65, i havent done Penis Enlargement in a while due to lazy ass-ness, but i plan to devote my free time to Penis Enlargement.

My old routine:
warmup 10-15 mins:-Hot towel, stretches (R,L,U,D)
Wet Jelq-10 mins (5 sec strokes)
Then Id stretch and hold them for 30 seconds each
Then I would edge
-throught this workout I would kegal about 100 times and i would also kegal throught the day about 100 times

My goals are to be 8x6, i have found length comes pretty easily, but i havent done enough girth work to actually see how my member reacts.

Also: Most of us read EL as NBPenis EnlargementL and write BPenis EnlargementL otherwise, but maybe it's just me :)

Did you do 5on2off or what was your routine like?

thank you, yeah il have to get used to EL as NBPenis EnlargementL, my routine started with 2 on and 1 of then it went to 3 on 2 off

DLD, i read ur inspirational post, ur a big inspiration, someday id love to be 11inches, but the goal for right now is 8 inches in EL and EG, id like to be 5-6inches

Today i finally got back into it.
Routine went as follows:
-Hot cloth for 5 mins
-Basic Stretches (right, left, up, down) held for 10 seconds goal to warm-up
-DLD squat behind the cheek stretch held for 20 seconds (really felt them)
-Basic Stretches for 30 seconds each
-Jelq for 15 mins holding the jelq for 3 seconds
Kegalled and edged
My goal is length, what can i do to improve my routine for length?
