About a year ago I saw a pic, I believe it was DLD in the pic doing a ball stretch from the DLD T-health routine. DLD said it's the only ball stretch he does, then he posted a pic of him doing it. The pic is probably lost in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] archives but you really don't need a pic to explain it, it would be cool if someone could dig it up though. In the pic DLD was stretching his sack down with one hand while pulling the penis upward with the other. After trying other ball stretches over a period of time, this has become my favorite and only sack stretch I do now. And since this is the only sack stretch I do, it has become an every day thing because I stopped doing all the other ball stretches to focus on this one which made it easier for me to follow.

Over these past few weeks I've realized how valuable this stretch was to getting low hangers and put it into my everyday routine. This is perfect for me because I do my warm-ups with a big warm bowl of water. For example, before I stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words], I fill the bowl up and massage my penis while in the warm water. Then I'll dip my balls in and massage them as-well. After my balls are nice and warmed up I do the DLD sack stretch. At that point my balls and hands are wet, so for grip I simply grab my balls using a towel. After I do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] session, I fill the bowl back up and repeat. Every time I warm-up I do the DLD sack stretch, so I'm stretching the sack throughout the day to really stretch the ball skin out. When doing the stretches I will do them seated and also standing up stretching my balls behind the cheeks while pulling the penis straight out.

This is a genius exercise DLD! I have never seen it on any other forums, or any posts. I just saw it in that one pic over a year ago, from a random thread, that's lost deep in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] archives. I'm sure glad I found it before it got lost. When doing the stretch I feel an intense stretching sensation on that line, on the back of the penis that also is connected to the balls. Do you know what I'm talking about? The stretch is so powerful b/c your gripping your balls right on that line. What is that line called exactly? I would like to know the name and autonomy of that chord that's being stretched so I can learn to stretch it better. Thanks

I love that stretch. I got it from THydromax as well. Doing it as part of my piss pull routine.
I have to take away a bit from DLD though, I saw it on some other Ball Stretching Site as well ;)
 
That's cool you do it too Sirkyle it is a great stretch. I'm not shore what THydromax means, and yeah I just called it the DLD sack stretch b/c it doesn't really have a name lol, idk where it originated from. Oneweekin, you have to grab the ball skin that has that chord that's going down the back of the penis, when you stretch you will feel that chord burning. Does anyone know the name of that chord?
