WHATS THE TRUTH.I this months issue of playboy is an article aabout Jose C. using Hormones and His X says it made his dick bigger. When you get a perscription for the gel, it says do not apply to genitals..WHY !!!!

Testosterone gel is used as a hormone therapy.If you already have a descent level, then why increase it?You can have side effects from using it, if your level is already normal or high!Side effects include an enlarged prostrate gland, which can swell up(due to the excess DHT produced) and make you impotent, or worse you could develop prostrate cancer!The DHT effects not only the prostrate, but it also attacks the hair follicles in the scalp. thus leaving you with thinning hair, and then finally baldness.You need it when you are developing and going through puberty, but once that is over, it works against you, sort of like a cut off point!Hope that helps!!

Because he doesn't know any better... anyone with rudimentary understanding of HPTA and testosterone would know that increasing test exogenously to supraphysiological levels will cause the testes to shrink, not the penis.

I have been using it for two years and it only keeps my testosterone levels up.
It does nothing as far as enlargement goes.

Sex drive or libido is driven by several different hormones, testosterone being one of them. It is also very much affected by DHT and especially by estrogen. Actually, estrogen has the biggest impact on libido. You should prolly go to your doctor and get a blood work done for Total Test, Free Test, LH, FSH, and Estradiol (E2). Based on this, a good doc should be able to tell if you're Hypodonadal (which means that your body isn't able to produce enough test) and develop a treatment plan if necessary.

What I recommend is to have your blood checked for testoterone levels. I was checked and the doctor found low levels. He then prescribed 1% testoterone gel to use daily. It does make a difference in your libido. I also on occasions use an ROP during the night hours(sleeping) and I can feel the difference in my sex drive. I also use L-arginine regularly and I get better wood all day long. But not everyone is the same.

Seeing that you're 55 years old a doctor will readily prescribe TRT for you since Andropause is much more common for your age group but not for an 18 year old. Most doctors are clueless regarding Hypogonadism and are hesitant prescribing TRT to someone so young...

The tests i described above should allow a good doc to determine if he is hypogonadal and if he is suffering from primary or secondary hypogonadism. TRT at his age isn't always the best course of action especially if he want to have children in the future.

But its also known for making you a lot leaner. So did their penis really gain size, or did it simply look bigger because the growth hormone leaned them out more (lower abdomen fat)?

She's full of shit... growth hormone has only been shown to make things grow in children, not adults. The only time that certain features grow in adults from GH use is when taking extreme doses and it typically only affects the jawbone/skull from a precondition known as acromegly or the enlargement of the intestines aka GH gut.

I agree with this and believe any penis size increase is most likely due to the the loss of bodyfat.
