Testical Health Problem!

When I was 15 I got a twist in my right testical, I had to have a operation to untwist it and they had to put plastic clips on that thing that holds the testicals.
My problem is can I do the testical health without doing any damage to them?
Because I want to enlarge them if I can.

I would need to know more about the procedure to advise. I would imagine the clips used were meant to handle pretty heavy petting but to what degree is unknown. I would ask your doctor if you can handle using this exercise. Let him know that it is a massage that is pretty deep and he will let you know. You could also post a link to the procedure and I would be happy to read and advocate.

Dude, ask your doctor. You don't want to be taking medical advice from the internet when you don't know anybody's qualifications and nobody here knows your medical history other than you had 'a twist in your testicle'.

True. See a doctor just for peace of mind.
 
He's your doctor, not your mother! Do you think he's gonna run down the block telling people? Worst case is he tells you not to do it b/c it will be bad for you given your existing condition.

Or, you could continue down your current path and maybe take advice from somebody who is full of crap, hurt yourself, then have to tell your doctor anyway, and have to explain to people why you have spend an hour a day with your balls on ice or worse.
